A Endless Journey | Happy Circus Mirror Maze | At Nicco Park, Kolkata

In history the very first MIRRORS were said to have in use in around 6000 B.C. in Anatolia (Modern Day Turkey). Mirrors made of polished copper were in use in Mesopotemia in 4000 B.C. and mirrors were in use in ancient Egypt during 3000 B.C. Mirrors made of alloy such as alloy and tin were in use in old age China and India.Mirrors made of speculum metal or any precious metal were hard to consume by the common mass and were only used by the wealthy.Introduction of GLASS MIRRORS changed the scenario a lot. During the vast time line in history mirror has played an important role. Be it Personal grooming or in the safety and medical usage, signaling, decorating, or in technology ,fine arts MIRRORS have played a great role.

Mirrors if placed in an parallel angle could make endless reflection. Using this theory fun park and entertainment parks are made. Recently that has been introduced in Nicco Park. Where young and junior folks could spend a nice day out, even the older people will get fascinated. 


NICCO PARK has introduce a new adventure – Happy Circus Mirror Maze which is integrated with great illusion through multiple reflections and intricate design that baffles and misleads one to create a fascinating and unforgettable experience. This is not just a maze with its endless hallways, infinite reflections and a new twist and turn waiting around every corner but is also full of surprises, interactive features, strong theming and SFX. A true ‘mind-bogging’ masterpiece!


On entering the “Mirror Maze” through an illusionary ‘Vortex’ tunnel you will be greeted by an arch of smiling clowns into a world that will leave you spell bound and will give an experience to rediscover the child within oneself. The façade has numerous animated characters and as one enters, they come across specialized gag cells characters equipped with surprise elements; shooting the adrenaline level while finding the way out of the maze.

The maze has an aura of illusion where one can see them and their friends multiply into dozens. With the beats of the happy tune, new patterns and motifs appear to mesmerize the visitors. A kaleidoscope of colored effects, with the help of brilliant LED colours, creates a sense of wonderment. it’s an attraction which kids and adults will want to back to many times.


The new attraction comes to Nicco Parkon the occasion of our Winter Carnival 2017 – adding more fun and joy in the festive season, when traditionally our mascot – Sheroo along with his friends join in all the merriment.
The ‘MIRROR MAZE’ inaugurated by the children visitors in presence of Mr. Abhijit Dutta, Managing Director, Nicco Parks & Resorts Ltd.along with Sheroo and his friends. It has opened its doors for all the visitors from Saturday, 16thDecember 2017. The entry fee is Rs. 70/- only per head.
