In this scorching heat, sweating summer whenever you feel thirsty come to PARAMOUNT. Near about a century old organization was primarily a den of ANUSHILAN SAMITY, an extremist freedom fighter group in the then British India. Then the sherbet shop was named as PARADISE. As it was under the searchlight of British police the shop has to be renamed as PARAMOUNT. Later it grew as a favorite Tiffin destination for the college goers and intellectuals of the educational hub of the city, College Street. Famous scientist Acharya Prafulla Chandra Roy gave the recipe of the green coconut sherbet, till date you could find that recipe whenever you order a DAAB ER SHERBET(white sherbet in pic) . The new arrival is Tamarind sherbet (brown sherbet in pic). Other delicacies of Paramount is Cocamalai, orange, green mango grapes(saffron sherbet in pic) .
